Poor Credit Home Loans
Just a few years ago poor credit home loans were readily available. Today they are almost impossible to find.
Today, a minimum 620 credit score is required even for FHA loans. If you have poor credit and you want to buy a home your best bet is to take the necessary steps to improve your credit scores.
It may take you a few months, but that is no longer than it is going to take you to apply and be turned down by multiple mortgage companies for a home loan.
If you have poor credit you may find an individual that has a house for sale that is willing to hold a mortgage for you or, do a “lease option to buy contract” with you in order to give you some time to raise your credit scores enough to get approved for traditional financing from a mortgage company.
If you do a lease option you are still going to have to improve your credit scores so why not find out what you will have to do to get that accomplished. There is a good e-book and other information at http://www.how-to-fix–credit.com. Check it out.
If you don’t know what your credit scores are and you are just assuming that they are too low to buy anything then you really need to find out for sure what is on your credit report and what your credit rating really is. Go visit Check Credit Score now.
